The ink that I purchased is not exactly compatible with my Brother MFC-J2330DW. When used in my printer, the ink clogs the ink print head. And can not be cleared through the cleaning cycle.

I guess that I did not understand what a compatible cartridge was - that it was not a Lexmark brand cartridge. Since this printer has always performed wonderfully with exquisite color I was always reluctant to use any cartridge that was refilled. So when the Cyan, Yellow and Magenta arrived I was surprised about the packaging and realized that this was not a Lexmark brand. But I thought that I would give it a go as I needed to print color pictures for a commission. The boxes were individually shrinkwrapped which was good because the Magenta Ink cartridge was leaking when received. It actually dripped when removed from the carton. I wiped the cartridge as well as I could and thought that I got all the ink off when I put into the printer. Unfortunately it actually leaked more and smeared over the printout when I did a realignment for new cartridges. I have not tried the Cyan cartridge as I still had plenty of Cyan. As of now when I print pictures they are mostly magenta with no blue or yellow. I will try a manual clean of the printhead to see if this corrects the problem. Will let you know how that works and if the yellow works. I

I rate ink on two things. The ease of putting the ink cartridge in and second how long does it last. I would give you a great so far for the first part.

The Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901 ink from 1ink.com actually works, which is unusual for Lexmark OEM print cartridges as they earlier programmed their print driver updates to reject everything but original Lexmark print cartridges. Otherwise, the Pinnacle Pro901 was an excellent hardware printer and scanner, but Lexmark's print cartridge chip scam has absolutely destroyed Lexmark's printer reputation.

Just disappointed. I got a brand new cartridge from you guys months ago and when I put it in the printer, it was empty. I got permission to mail back and I never received a replacement. I recently ordered ink from you with no problem. Never had any problem pryor to that incident. It would have been nice to at least give me a credit on my account, but I'm not satisfied that I never heard from anyone.
