The first time I ordered HP 60XL ink from 1ink.com they were great, this time the 3 black I got were almost empty I only got about 150 pages from all 3 and the color ink was about 1/4 full. Last time I got about 400 pages from each black and 400 from the color.

Great ink for my HP printer. The price is great, only half of that In Stapler. I bought one last year to have a try, it was great, so I reordered 4 this time.

The ink that I received was mislabeled and would not work in my printer. The company sent me the correct ink and a pre addressed envelope to return the mislabeled product.

Everything I have bought from 1Ink.com has worked fine. The web site is easy to use as well. I buy for 2 home printers and 2 church printers.

Don't go here! The only reason I gave it a one star was there was no way to give it a no star. I ordered a 5 pack of cartridges, and when I went to insert them, the printer would not recognize them. After several calls to customer service, and repeted receipt of replacement cartridges, some of the replacements seemed to work at first glance, but when I tried to print, the printer was forced to a nonrecoverable error. I tried all of the HP troubleshooting tips, and nothing worked. As a last effort, I purchased all new genuine HP ink cartridges, inserted them, and the problem was corrected. The price is the only thing right about these cartridges, and if you don't care if you put your printer at risk, go ahead and try them -----but beware.
