I was very impressed with the new box design by "Roland" in your team for shipping 4 ink toner cartridges in one box; my order arrived in a smaller shipping box and I saw that I didn't have to deal with four separate boxes. Congratulations to 1ink.com for such an efficient and practical design.

I've been a costumer for over 10 years, and go through a lot of ink. There product is amazing and they are amazing. I think out of the 200+ cartridges, probably more, I ve ordered, I only had a few bad ones, and When I called, they answered and shipped me out replacements right away. I ordered once and it's such a thrifty way to buy and have a supply handy at all times. I would spend almost double for EPSON brand., even at Wal-Mart. Thern I have to find someone to unlock the case which can be a challenge at times, plus have to pay in electronics and can't do with your normal shopping. Only issue I have with the site is the inability to choose "expedited" shipping, but I will plan farther ahead next time.
