It is okay but not great.

As advertised it’s easy to use and lightweight! It does the trick for us!

I am so glad I bought this cushion. The cushion that you could purchase with the Model H Hybrid Chair that I have has no structural support for ones' hips, thighs, or lower back, and it contributed to my chronic pain. But this new cushion is a vast improvement, very comfy, and very easy to clean.

Service was great. However, I couldn’t tell from pictures that it would only accommodate a round piece. I bought it for a different brand chair which has a flat piece attached to the controller. I’ll have to try to find a round piece to attach to the controller so it will fit in the bracket.
