1800wheelchair says easy returns. I had to return this wheelchair due to not fitting for the size person it was meant for. It’s been over 14 days and still no refund. Had to ship it back in the torn box it came in. The charged me for shipping. Not an easy return.

The customer service rep was able to answer my questions about the foot rests, adjustability and removal before purchasing. Definitely the best option for portable mobility with lightweight design.

The company was easy to reach and helpful with information about shipment of our wheelchair. No hold times or long waits on the phone. I’d definitely use them again.

It took longer to arrive than I expected and I received the elevating footrests before the wheelchair. It arrived ready to use straight out of the box and it’s been great.
