We lost a part and they shipped it to us quickly and easily

Service was outstanding.

The staff are accomodating but the battery's delivery got delayed by around 2 months

Excellent design n weight.

Great lightweight chair!

The inserting of battery is very awkward for a challenged person. Could you design an easier way to get to it? And to see it? Perhaps if the seat lifted up out of the way?

So far so good
