Wheelchair is excellent. There is some room for improvement with the tote bag however.

Came already mostly assembled. Just needed to take it out of the box and snap a few things in place then put in the seat and back cushions.

It took a very long time to get the rollator. It was out of stock but I was not told it was. It took several phone calls to find out the reason for the delay

Good shipping and prices

Very easy to order. It was delivered to my home. Lightweight and easy to lift without straining my back. I wish insurance companies would consider this chair. It allows my husband to be more independent.
