It took longer to arrive than I expected and I received the elevating footrests before the wheelchair. It arrived ready to use straight out of the box and it’s been great.

It's very light weight. I can load it into my car myself.

It came on time in an intact box. It was light enough for my wife to lift into the car after I get seated in the car. I'm a double amputee. Very happy

We bought the wheelchair for a week-long trip to NY and Orlando. The wheelchair did great over the rough streets and sidewalks and it was super lightweight and easy to get in and out of the rental car.

Customer service very nice but slow for results. Couldn’t use the chair for almost 3 weeks waiting for answers and finally a break repair part.
