1800wheelchair says easy returns. I had to return this wheelchair due to not fitting for the size person it was meant for. It’s been over 14 days and still no refund. Had to ship it back in the torn box it came in. The charged me for shipping. Not an easy return.

The customer service rep was able to answer my questions about the foot rests, adjustability and removal before purchasing. Definitely the best option for portable mobility with lightweight design.
