You did wonderful. The Canadian courier was very slow. But well packaged. I had it ready to go in 30 minutes. I have watch all your utube videos so I was ready to go. Great work to your whole team. Your the best.

I would not recommend this
I would not recommend this company to family or friends. I have only had the bike for 4 months and only have used it for 2 months (weather permitting). Bike is stored in a water proof garage. The bike has already had many issues and repair team states it is not covered under warranty. This is a terrible company that doesnt stand behind the quality of their product. DO NOT BUY.

The customer service is nonexistent.
The customer service is nonexistent. I’ve reached out maybe 10-15 times now with no answer. My custom bike arrived wrong. I ordered a back rack, and paid for the paint to match. The bike didn’t have a back rack, the lights don’t work, and there were two U locks in the package (I only ordered one). All said and done, the bike works, I can get past the back rack. Really bummed I paid for it though. I’m more frustrated with the complete lack of customer service.

The bike is great, but I ordered accessories after receiving the bike that have been difficult to install. The needed screws were missing and no instructions were provided. Called customer service and they sent the wrong screws again.

So far EBC has been
So far EBC has been great trying to fix our issues but my wife is still having major issues with her fully loaded Model S. We are starting to feel forgotten and helpless. Please EBC, can you please prioritize her bike repairs so that we can start building good memories on these machines rather then feeling dread and regret? You guys have been awesome so far, just need to feel higher priority at this point.

So far everything has been great, love the bike, loved the service we got from Jeff at the NB shop. Waiting on our upgraded tool kit we were told we would get with the purchase of our bike. Hopefully that comes soon. Have already told folks in our community about EBC bikes.

Ordering, shipping, delivery were easy.

I love the way the bike is completely assembled and just adjust the handlebars and ride. me and my wife both got EBC bikes at the same time. We love the quality we love the customization of the paint as well as the things you can choose to get on the bike.

Shipping from R&L Carriers was
Shipping from R&L Carriers was less than a week from Costa Mesa to Pittsburgh area. The box and pallet were a little beat up but the bike was in good shape. I am currently trying to find the bike and battery serial numbers so I can register the bike. I previously viewed EBC videos featuring a brit sounding guy that was very good, but I can no longer find them. It would be nice to have access to a shop manual vs. an owners manual. Really like the bike so far. While waiting (impatiently) for the bike, I talked to a couple people at EBC and it sometimes seemed like there was a little confusion between the builder and the persons to whom I was speaking. Every thing worked out in the end and I'm waiting for a little warmer weather to get back out. It was 20 degrees here this morning.

Shipping was faster than I expected and so well packed. Coming the whole way across the country, it was in perfect shape! I can’t wait to ride it! I’ve had great communication with customer service too. I definitely recommend EBC!!!

Battery is bad I'm only
Battery is bad I'm only getting 14 miles max before battery drains out completely ! Just really below expectation and I'm not even aiming to get 60 Miles on it as I do understand ebike mechanics. I hope a manager would reach out to me and discuss this .
