Terrible!! Ordered in April still haven’t recieved. Then they shipped it and sounds like it went to the wrong address. Left voicemails with no call back.

You are more worried about selling to customers than follow through on product. I have gotten soooo many emails to buy in to company or to buy more products, even before I actually received my bike. That was a bit much. I should of been getting emails about bike progress more than I did (maybe twice). It was a lot of money and I'm a big believer in buying in USA, but I felt like a $ than a customer.

I have been ghosted after receiving a defective product and equipment that is different than what was on my receipt. No answer from company after two attempts to contact them.

Product is well built. It's expensive. I now have an expensive bike that I may not ride. Just when we were thinking of investing in this company, they won't communicate with me to help resolve. Get it correct the first time because they don't seem to want to make you happy.

EBC is the best ebike company out there.

Wish customer service was as good as the bike is. I love my bike still no helmet months after my bike came and still 4+ months since we ordered and no replies from multiple emails. Very disappointing.

Hard to get c. s. anymore. No help with an expensive, yet unexpectedly Dead Battery.

Shiping and service is great, and I would have given 5 stars, but the response time is a little slow. When I do business with a company I like to talk to a human when I call.

I think I looked up too many online/video reviews and I had very high expectations for this bike. It's a beautiful designed and crafted vehicle. I love the accuracy of colors from what I picked online. While it seems to be a well built machine, I received it with two mistakes on my custom selection. On each, the solution didn't live up to the price I paid for a custom bike. The issue: leather handles and throttle were different than ordered. The bicycle is also much heavier than I would ever imagine, I think we will need to make a new name for such: maybe it's an e-scooter? Riding it without electricity is very difficult. I was hoping I would have the flexibility to use it with no power but it only happens rarely on a small incline or very flat surface with low gear. I also have an issue with the fender and the thick/fat tire. The tire is very close to the fender and even though the fender is adjustable there only so much one can adjust. The tool box was a fun discovery. On the first day, when I needed a wench to adjust my seat, I noticed the only wench in the tool box is useless for any nut in the bike. I'm speechless! While the bike is gorgeous and functional, those are things that have been bothering me. One other thing is BALANCE. I have the front basket and that may be the reason why the bike shakes heavily if I'm hands are not firm. A small amount of weight variance sends the front of the bike to a wobbly adventure. Fingers crossed it won't loosen up any screws! Talking to customer care was ok at first but it got worse not long after. Mind you I have this bike for less than 2 months today. They provided a quick "send her something to make her happy" to little communication with heavy excuses that don't help me find a resolution. I can go on and on but for a review this is enough information to give you a good idea what to expect from the company.
