I wish the initial warranty was longer than 90 days. I had the bike headlight quit working not long after that 90 days and I had to buy a new one instead of having it replaced at no cost.

I never received what I ordered.

Great bikes. Communication isn't the fastest, but they do get back to you, and answer questions.

I love my EBC Model R.

No communication. Had to visit store front 5 times so far, still owed the back basket.

I paid for a custom ebike when I ordered it. Bike not delivered by date they stated - very poor response to my concern. Customer support is lacking in communication skills - I finally received my refund after many emails! I would rather be riding my new ebike!

The model R is a perfect fit and with the front suspension and suspension seatpost a far more comfortable ride than my model R. I haven't been able to put many miles on the model R because of weather but the Torque assist is an improvement over my model E cadence sensor. Starting from a stop on a steep hill has not been as responsive to get going as other torque assist bikes I have experience with but even in my hilly area it works better than a cadence sensor. The customer service is better than most and usually very responsive. My only real dissapointment is that I ordered a black hub which was out of stock. I communicated I would wait until March to receive the bike since I have other ebikes and don't use them much in winter. I was told ithe black hubs would not be reordered and would no longer be available which did not make any sense to me. I even suggested painting the hub but in the end I settled for a silver hub as there appeared to be no alternative. For Rails to Trails, beach visits, and general use its a great looking comfortable ride. I live in the mountains and a single speed is all one really needs when you have a motor and have a relaxed riding style.

It came without its’ charger, but they sent it out immediately after i informed them. Good customer service

I ordered it at Thanksgiving but asked it not to be shipped till after the 6th of January. It was shipped and was easy to assemble. And I was able to ride it right away, I love it

Bicycle came with bad front and rear brakes. I took it to the local bicycle shop. They said the electric bicycle company is very hard to work with on warranty work.

Worst ever. Usually when I have to contact a company with a concern I am still happy about my choice. Not you guys. Every time I had to contact you, because I got zero updates from you, I was more and more frustrated. You’ve taken the joy out of my bike. Of course I’ll get past it but I will tell anyone who will listen to never order anything from you.
