I only rated 3 because the service was okay. My problem was irreparable so I cannot say it was great nor can I say it was poor. I do appreciate their honesty and my drone was shipped back to me at the cost of shipping. Again, I cannot complain or compliment because nothing could be done.

Don’t know l have not received a call back from repairman

My drone tag did not include an antenna. I left a message over the weekend asking what antenna should I buy. Today is Thursday and still no one has contacted me.

I purchased this product in October from you because your website stated it was in stock. I am still waiting for the product and have not heard any feedback from you.

I just so happened to be needing a very high demand product at the wrong time (remote ID add-on module). But, decided to order from Vertigo since they had a reasonable back order time (4-6 weeks, I think). Fast forward 6 months and I still haven’t gotten it, and the only communication I’ve received has been when I’ve reached out to them asking where it is (each time, supposedly it will arrive in a month).

Never got the 2nd item. A Dronetag mini since October 14 ,2023 . 8-10 weeks ends right b4 the new year? I hope so , PLEASE DO ThankYou So Much

dealing with vertigo has been a positive experience, they respond promptly to inquiries and problems, top rate organization

I haven’t gotten my drone back yet to see how well the repairs are however the customer service was great 10-10 they are very helpful and understanding in making sure you are taken care of. I’ll write another review when I test my drone after it comes back.

Been waiting for my dronetag for like 7 months now. I understand a backorder with the FAA requirement but there has been no updates from Vertigo at all. I have to ask about my order to get information. Will not be buying anything else from Vertigo.

I ordered a remote ID Module in June 2023 and received it in November. The only reason I'm leaving an OK review is their customer service is responsive when contacted.

Service was over the top. These guys are the best and a special thanks to Joe best customer service ever.
