Overall, service was decent. Took longer than usual. Payment was made immediately upon notification drone was repaired, yet I received email statement advising no payment was made. Since this occurred over the weekend, I cannot verify all is good.🤨

I did not receive the original estimate for the repair on my typhoon H. I had to ask for it to be sent. Roughly 30 minutes after I received the label to send the drone in,I got a question about why I had not sent it in yet. There was a long delay about 18 days and I had to inquire about it to find out that there was a part being ordered from China. I would think Vertigo would've let me know at the outset about this. When I received the drone the transmitter battery was dead and would not charge. The repair itself was done well. I have had good luck with Vertigo in the past. I am wondering about Customer Service.

Great service

Ordered the Search and Rescue bundle with the ETx Lite camera. The equipment I did receive arrived in beautiful, working order upon receipt. Unfortunately I had to wait for almost 2 months for the drone to ship due to manufacturers issues and backordering, obviously this is of no fault to VD. Positive - Customer service support was phenomenal! The representative that assisted me was able to identify the issue that was ongoing and didn't proceed to sell a drone to me that was broken or not ready for service out of the box. Negative - I wish all of the equipment would have shipped at the same time. I received the SAR spotlight in 1 shipment, the drone with additional chargers in another shipment and still waiting for the ETx Lite Camera to arrive. Overall, I liked the end result and I will do business with VD again.

Ordered a battery, supposed to ship 1 to 3 days. 2 weeks later I call and they didn't like there stock so they were waiting for a china shipment. Didn't bother to let me know. He suggested a different battery which ends up being a different color and hangs 1 3/4" outside the drone.

Ask a question , was told to send my drone in to be evaluated but wouldn't tell me what they charge. Would like to physically talk to someone there but thats not a option. Read good reviews about virtigo but haven't answered my question and now they want me give them a review. I left my number just give me a call.

I constantly had to call to check on status.

I crashed my Yuneec Typhoon H into a pine tree about two weeks ago. Two arms were broken, and the camera separated from the drone when it crashed to the ground from about 12 feet. I contacted Vertigo the same day, got a shipping label, and the drone was shipped the next day. The drone arrived at Vertigo on Friday. I was contacted by Vertigo that afternoon with an itemized estimate for the repair. I approved the repair on Monday. On Wednesday, I was advised that the repairs were completed, and the drone was ready for shipment. This is the second time I have had my drone repaired by Vertigo. I am very happy with their response and the fair prices they charge. Hopefully, I can keep the drone out of the trees in the future. The crash would not have happened if I had activated the obstruction avoidance mode on the drone.
