Dear Vertigo Support, I made a purchase two weeks ago, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. However, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my order or an estimated delivery date. Additionally, I’ve been unable to find a reliable way to get in touch with your team for support. Could you please provide an update on my order status and expected delivery timeframe as soon as possible? I would appreciate prompt assistance with this matter.

I order 4 battery drone on december and payed express shipping, they sent only one of the four, I tried to contact them several times, after many calls some answer and "apologize for the inconvenience" and sent two bateries after 2 months and Is May 9th and I have no receive the last battery, no one answer calls, messages neither emails, I lost $729. 00 and Still waiting for answers, WORST SERVICE

I've not been able to reach them by txt or phone.

Returned drone for repair. Upon return case damaged new case sent. Attempted to start the drone and found that it would not connect. I guess that I purchased a $850.00 piece of junk. Avoid the same problem I had find a company with better support..

After a couple of attempts to contact I was finally able to action a live chat and received the shipping info I wanted. The delivery after that was straight forward and I am happy with the m/board which has been successfully installed. Cheers
