I'm glad I got my drone fixed. They were nice enough to pay for the shipping which was nice. They answer emails. I just wasn't expecting the high cost, due to my drone being older I guess but was very expensive at least for me. 409.00 dollars with 100.00 which was part of the total. Glad to get it back and working but probably try to find a local guy to work on all my Drones just to expensive for me.

Ordered a remote ID module first of September was backordered to November. Charged my account in September and 5 months later still have not received product.

You have to be kidding me. I sent a simple DJI Cadix Vista air unit in to get a bind button installed and your company did not even know what it was You called me and said you could not fix it. I could fix it myself but being 80 years old my hands shake and I was worried about my soldering shorting something out. Also I never asked you to send me a prepaid sticker to send the unit in but you did. I mailed it in and and after you said you could not fix it you charged me $30.00 Postage. I could have mailed it to you for 5 or 6 dollars and you could have mailed it back for 5 or 6 dollars. I will eat the postage as I want the unit back. All I have to do is soler 2 wires on the bind section to short it out. Also I must have received a half dozens e-mails from your company for various reasons. Your company seems totally disorganized and I cannot recommend your company to anybody., As soon as I get the unit back I will fix it myself. I learned a good lesson dealing with your company.

I tried several times to make a purchase on your website but it was so very difficult that I bought the Typhoon battery in Amazon. It was a snap.

The FAA put pressure on manufacturers of this drone "beacon" with their ridiculous timeline for compliance last fall. Then FAA extended the deadline to March. Glad I got mine 6 months after ordering in July, 2023. No updates from Vertigo during the 6 months, which would have helped me from wondering if/when it was coming.

Estimated date for shipping was way off the mark. I know the item was back ordered, but I ordered in mid summer with an estimate of September, but it actually didn't arrive until February.

My remote ID module has arrived and I have re-regestered my drone along with the remote ID serial number,,,Thank you !!!

excellent tool for the best performance

Ordered a Dronetag Beacon in late July 2023. It finally got to me early February 2024. They cited supply chain issues getting the units from the Czech Republic. I did contact support several times and they were always courteous and responsive, even if they didn’t have a specific update.

Although there was a delay in shipping my product, due to conditions beyond their control, they always provided an update and always answered the phone. I highly recommend Vertigo Drones. They are a very professional organization.

Love the prompt responses to support questions. I am planning future purchases with Vertigo Drones.

I needed my magic pro camera to be repaired. The order process was easy but it’s still not heard back from them as to what is needed or the cost to repair.

I'd say that the company need to keep a more accurate track of their inventory as i bought an item that wasn't in stock yet the web page said it does. However that problem was solved.

These people are professional at what they do, I stumbled upon a few years ago and have not regretted it at all way to go

It was an issue that had to go straight to DJI.

I order 2 products in July 2023 it is now almost February 2024, I still have yet to receive them. I have had to constantly reach out to them asking where the products are. They keep telling me they are on the way but the time keeps going by and still nothing. I keep getting the run around of oh they are on the way or we should know more soon on the delivery date. There are so many other places out there to purchase from, I would go elsewhere. Now they are saying they are held up in customs and they will be shipped soon.....
