Works better than my 9500, but I don't like the interaction between my cell and the detector.

Have used valentine radars for the past 4 years. They paid for them selves. Recently saw a Michigan state trooper lasering cars on 696 no alert from valentine. Valentine has not updated in years so I got this new 360 max. Two days after putting it to use. Same spot same trooper and no alert from escort either.

I never bought anything due to pay pal issues. Not sure why. But No ability to complete transaction

Have used escort radar protection for the last 36 years and this model is great filtering out the false alerts, still picks up areas that are going off and trying to figure out how to teach the unit of the false signal coming from the stationary speed radar signs

Initial drive does not show any better resistance to false K band detection.

Many false laser alerts from 6000 ft ahead. How the hell can a laser hit me from a mile away. By the time I go a mile, no cop to be found.

Was I supposed to receive something in the mail? To date I have not! Please send me instructions to install and or update my detector!

This device has proven its worth already eight times. If I was speeding I would have gotten tickets from the State police, but the City and County Police. it alerted me from each direction.

First I want to say that I don’t understand all the bad things people are saying about Escort and service.My experience was super easy and nice. They even matched the price after 3 weeks of using the unit . Speaking of radar it is fantastic, WiFi works great as soon as I get to my home if there’s updates it’s letting me know if I want to install. Personally I like a lot and I am very happy with the product

I tried out the redline ex and it had way too many false alarms. This unit has less false alarms, but still quite a few. I’m going to give it a go for a while longer. I like the arrows. I like the quality build. And of course the interface with the smart phone is very nice. Oh, and updating wirelessly is excellent.

Online updates make it very easy to stay on top of local law enforcement traffic areas. Very easy and makes monitoring a snap.

First person when I called in was just not having a good day they were rude and very short with me and they transferred me to a different department. 2nd person answer my questions in 2 min and had me on my way

At this point if I’m so annoyed trying to hunt down the correct mount that I give up.

I ordered next day frieght and didn’t recieve my radar for 4 days Then I tried calling and can’t get thru. Very poor customer service

Had to replace my last escort detector after it completely died. My purchase went smoothly. Unfortunately I missed the updated detector that I had owned and would have purchased it instead. I called escort to see if I could replace the one I just bought. I spoke to an agent about it, but was put on hold for over 10 minuets and nobody ever answered. Oh well, the detector I bought is a good one and it was my fault for not getting the correct one.
