Great place and easy to navigate around

I've had lots of Escort radar detectors over the years, and this is my third Solo. Although the cordless detectors don't have all the bells and whistles of the wired ones I find I prefer not having the wire in the way. The SOLO4 works as it should. It's kinda ugly compared to the other SOLO detectors I've had. The design engineers dropped the ball on that aspect. I'm satisfied.

My old window suction cups were brittle from the hot Texas Sun.I order a replacement for them and the are just amazing. I put them up to my window and it was like and octopus grabbing my window and trying to put it in it’s mouth. The shipping was Indianapolis 500 fast as well. Got me back on the road with my Radar detector doing its thing allowing me to go fast!!

works fine, very little false alerts so far. As recommended by various friends and also owners of Escort product, I was expecting top notch equipment and it does operate well.

I placed an order but immediately sent an email to customer service with a question. I wanted to cancel my order and inquire whether or not I could purchase something in person. I never got any kind of response.

Very few times have I run across a company that makes, sells and services their product in a manner that the Escort team do. I can only narrow that down to the essence of the management and their empoyee's regard for then excellence that you practice. Thank you for the care and concern for your products and customers.

I renewed by internet, but never got notification by email of my renewal, forcing me to call them. Attempting to contact Escort by phone was unbelievable. They say they are overwhelmed by the response to some summer program. The way I read that is that they have a telephone technical staff of three people and if they have a promotion that will quadruple their call volume they don't make any provisions for that. What they are broadcasting to their members is that terrible telephone support is part of their business model. Like Social Security. Things finally got worked out, but what an ordeal!

I tried chat,, “No Chat” I tried email expecting couple weeks wait. “ No return Email” I tried calling “ I gave up waiting” I never did order a dectector

Through the website I just purchased a new suction cup mount for my IX radar detector and renewed my subscription for Escort Live. It was a very easy process and I had no issues during the transaction. Very happy overall.

I’ve always depended on Escort and it’s never let me down. The biggest advantage is the AUTOMATIC GPS cancel for fake signals. Just let the detector take care of it for you to lock out false signals. You don’t want a detector that you have to keep pushing a button and wonder if it’s a false signal.

Great all around detector! This is the 2nd Max360 that I have purchased and have the 8500 and 9500 also. You can’t go wrong with Escort!
