I would like a way to set it up through my laptop. The button menus are difficult to navigate. My 9500 did have that function and i miss it

I have a couple of other detectors (K40 installed and some 9500ix). All of them false K/Ka around Acuras with vehicle collision warning systems, to the point where you just start to ignore any alert altogether, or at least notice when you get an alternating K/Ka alert that appears and disappears. This detector not only tells you where the signal is, but I have not yet experienced any false alarms related to any vehicle collision warning system. Have now bought 2 of these. Highly recommended!

This item is handy and easy to store while traveling.

I renewed my data base and had a question. I submitted a question and it took over 5 days to get a response. The response was that they have large volume of messages and for me to call costumer service. If they can answer a phone why can’t they respond to an email or at least post a notice on their site to call instead of email.

There was an error in my billing and call wait times were "unacceptably long" according to the call center representative, so as a result he gave me two extra years of Defender database subscription free of charge. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received.
