great experience, just wish I could have turned in my 8500 x50 blue for additional savings, oh well it was a good detector and finally blew up in my fathers truck. ive now given him my redline.

Best detector on the market. I drive for a living and use it faithfully every drive. Has saved me plenty of money on potential tickets I was able to avoid by losing down thanks to the detector.

I have been an Escort owner since the very 1st one they made, which I still have. Prior to my current 360C I was using a MAX but got tired of all the false signals given off from the new cars and there sensors. I now enjoy a quite ride when driving.The 360C works excellent at not going off every time I get close to one of these new cars. Love the added features over my MAX. It is very xpensive but I am happy with it and would recommend it for someone looking at it.

I love my new Escort radar detector. Used it on my first road trip and it worked just as advertised. Now I need to get rid of my Honda and buy a Porsche.

When I placed my order I received a quick response confirming that the order was received and would be shipping soon. The following day (Friday), I never received a shipping confirmation. On Monday I called customer service to she when the item would ship, I was told that it was in packing and would ship that day. Tuesday morning, called again because I wanted the radar detector for a road trip I was going on the following Saturday. I was told again that the item was in packaging and would ship today. Thursday, still did not ship, so I called again wanting to cancel my order. I would just go to a retailer and pick one up. This time I got the lucky with the customer service rep that answered. Mike put me on hold, contacted shipping and guaranteed my order would go out that day, overnight. He took down my phone number so he could call me when the package was picked up from the carrier. A few hours later, Mike called and said my package was on the way. Thanks for redeeming my experience with Escort.

3-star due to the fact I ordered a smart cord combo BLUE, received a direct wire Blue. Called to fix no problem said to keep the DW cord and would ship the correct one. sounded good, however it came in as a smart cord combo Red. Didn't see any reason to try again so will just deal with the Red light. It was just the fact if you fix something, take the time to fix it right.

it hooked-up easily, connected to the phone and car with little effort, and overall I'd say it performed great on our vacation from Texas to Florida and back ... I think my only comment has to do with the size of the equipment and sort of "klunkyness" of the whole setup. Why is the unit so big ? the size of these things has never gotten smaller than the Solo, what's up with that ? also, why are we still plugging into cigarette lighters ? with everything moving to USB plug power (over the last 10 years), My car has USBs on the dashboard for mounted electronics .. and others do too .... just seems like there's no development regarding the size or power .. also, the App is fine, but seems to be stuck in the 1990s .. can you guys clean up the visuals, and make it more intuitive ? I've been an Escort customer for 25 years .. and will continue to be ... but I'd love to see you guys really push the envelope on these items and leave the competition farther behind.
