Very pleased with the ease of purchasing our system Brandy exceptional. However we are eating on a board from someone my installer who has put residential as commercial units in and sent pictures and talked with a tech. Still waiting for parts. Had I known befor hand that I would be handed off to another party in order to get our unit up and running I would not have purchased Still waiting I’m a homeowner that purchased this unit and hired a professional hvac contractor to install. Which has installed just for our rental property business 100’s of heat pumps Still waiting to hear from someone which will have to talk with my hvac contractor. Thanks

I ordered a Mr Cool whole house 5 ton system (furnace, blower, coil, condenser and lines). The delivery was prompt and professional, and the product was exceptional. The only issues I had were that my house is 80 years old and my experience with HVAC was limited. This is where tech support went above and beyond my expectations! I had to customize some parts of the assembly, run a new circuit and test my finished work, and tech support answered every question I had along the way. Their advice was invaluable to the project and I am just so thankful that I bought my unit from Ingram's! Thanks again!
