I had an issue with a small part that was broken on it when I received it and they shipped out a replacement for that part in no time. Wonderful customer service and pricing. Great customer service from live person who spoke English and you could understand from the USA. I actually cancelled my order from another vendor because they delayed sending out order to ask if I needed a Line Set ( which I did not or I would have ordered when I placed the order ) and could not get me to a live person that was knowledgeable enough to answer some technical product specification questions. The Ingrams Water & Air Rep was able to get me the answer I was looking for and the unit was delivered in 2 days!!. Their price was actually better, Great Customer Service and Prompt Delivery, I would highly recommend and will return for future needs. Rich in North Carolina

The equipment arrived quickly after I placed the order, and I was able to get it at a great price.

The unit was in good shape upon delivery the assembly of the parts went together well with the exception of the wifi usb plug in. Very scary to install. I have older mr cool and they are easier. The unit started right up and is running fine.
