Ingrams was a great choice for purchasing my whole house MrCool heat pump. I was tempted to purchase from a big box store for the more generous return policy in case the equipment was damaged in transit. I opted for Ingrams because of their superior customer service report on forums. There was only a small dent in a few condenser coils when my unit arrived. I contacted Ingrams, and they told me this was normal and not a concern. The heat pump installation took me about three days including running new electric wiring, removing the old furnace and modifying the ductwork to fit the new unit. The few times I had questions, Ingram's technical support was very quick to give me an answer. They even called me back once when I hung up after waiting a couple minutes on hold. The new heat pump is up and running fine at great savings over hiring out the work. I would highly recommend purchasing from Ingrams over a big box store due to their customer service.

Everyone i talked with was. extremely nice when i made my purchase. during the ordering process i chose the options that went with the unit,with a 50 ft service line,when i went to install the setvice line it was a 3/4 in. the 4 ton goodman takes a 7/8in line. i called and got a 7/8 in line b ut i had to pay for it and i was. to get a refund for the 3/4 in line when i returned it. Fineally after a few days i called back and got a return shipping lable,and i sent it back but as of today i still have no refund for the wrong service line total $403. 95

Purchased 3 diakin mini split systems. When received, we realized the pressure lines were not included. We tried to resolve with online help, but after one response and no solution they ghosted me. After calling tech line, I got the obvious answer. “They are not included with those models”. To be fair, the ad did not list a line set. But, the ad did list it as a system. “System” tells me it works together with no other parts needed and every other mini split I have purchased included line sets. So now I’m stuck with 3 partial systems that need another 1k in parts to make them work. The best part…. I was willing to purchase the additional line sets, but they don’t sell them. They told me to look online!
