Juki 1541s was shipped to house with no issues. Assembly was easy using another venders online video. Hard copy of manual would be nice, but info is online.

While I was searching online for a Brother VM5100, I found Carolina Forest Vac & Sew. They were showing the best price along with free shipping and no sales tax. I called and talked to Ron who answered my questions. Ron also offered me “a deal I couldn’t pass up” to upgrade to the VM5200 with luggage and software. I placed my order and received my machine in about 10 days. It’s a beauty!! Thanks again to Ron and Carolina Forest.

I arrived in North Myrtle Beach for two weeks on "sew-cation" only to immediately find my sewing machine would not work. Carolina Forest Vac and Sew was suggested by a local quilt store, so I immediately took my machine there. I explained the situation, left the machine, and the following day my machine was ready for pickup. The company went the extra mile, knowing I was just here for a short time. I am impressed and delighted. My machine is sewing along beautifully. Thank you!
