Rec'd squat leverage machine easy to put together. Had a few scratches but they took care of the problem . Missing a few washers and they sent out right away. I will be back to order other products.

I ordered a piece of equipment from Strength Warehouse and wouldn't hesitate to do buiseness with them again. Their price was good, communication was excelllent, delivery schedule was exactly as presented, and an assembly question from me after delivery was answered quickly.

My experience with strength warehouse USA was terrific! I ordered equipment on Dec 6. And arrived within 2 weeks. In time for setup before Christmas. The equipment was packed securely. Exterior box had minor damage but no issues with frame or weights. I was able to track shipment and schedule delivery in a 4 hour window. Truck backed into my driveway and placed boxes at my garage door. Great price and good communication, responsive to email queries. Will use them again in future.

The weights were out of their packaging but not damaged. It took awhile to get our gym power rack package but that was more on the mail service. Over all we love gym power rack. Great quality.

The customer service was great and the York leg press is a great addition to one of my facilities. Commercial grade as promised.
