Overall, it was pretty easy. I used a vpn for personal privacy and my valid order was cancelled. I had to call and the person on the phone had to completely redo my order. I can understand monitoring possible fraud but many people use vpn for privacy these days who are making legit orders. I'd suggest adding a verification step before canceling the order in the future.
