First time purchase of a piece of equipment from Body-Solid and I am not at all disappointed (and I have a garage gym full of strength equipment to compare it to). The Body-Solid 'ProClub' line is, well, solidly built (pardon the pun). Heavy duty. Professional. Not difficult to assemble. Features like the three grip options, independently moving arms, convergent motion, adjustable seat with high grade upholstery and the lifetime warranty - all huge pluses. In general, a top-quality piece! Purchased for a garage gym but could probably see this in a commercial setting. Just because you don't see a lot of your favorite YouTube 'influencers' post much about them, don't dismiss or overlook the quality (and price point) you get with this line of Body-Solid. A quick word about Strength Warehouse. The Customer Service here is exceptional! From start to finish of making the purchase I was 'taken care of' - not forgotten. Product knowledge, communication, delivery coordination - all exceptional. No matter what gym equipment you might be considering, give these nice people a look. You won't be disappointed.

No issues with Strength warehouse whatsoever. The shipping company could have been better though. The shippers dropped off my order which consisted of 7 boxes totaling 500 pounds on a wooden pallet in the middle of my driveway. Fortunately I had a dolly . I would have paid a little extra if I had the opportunity to specify delivery instructions during the purchasing checkout. Such as bringing the package inside my house or at least my front porch and taking the wooden pallet away.

I love the leg developer. It is very good quality. I was glad to fid the right one for my bench, considering I bought the bench over 5 years ago. Customer service was great.
