Scheduled ride never appeared.
I pre-arranged for a cab ride from the DFW airport. I got e-mail confirmations when ordering and the day-of saying that everything was fine. However, when I arrived at the airport, the car wasn't present. I waited 45 minutes and made multiple attempts to call the company, but just got an answering machine with a pre-recorded message that said I should expect a callback within two hours. I cancelled and got an Uber instead. The only positive aspect to the experience was that limos.com refunded my trip promptly and without fuss.

I arranged a Limo for my wife to be picked up at 12:15 am on Wednesday morning Oct 21. The Limo never showed. She call three times and talked to 2 different people before they finally told her they couldn't find anyone to pick her up. She ended up taking a Lyft. I talked to Limo (Norma) the next day and they said I would get a refund (but their original note said my wife didn't show up; a lie, she was on the flight). Although Limo promised a refund, it has been 5 days and they have not yet refunded my money and I can't get them to answer the phone.

The reservation said it was all-inclusive, with no mention of anything else to be charged. But then we were billed an addition $55 for tolls and "other expenses." Very misleading, especially when we tipped the driver on top of what was allegedly included.

Submitted airport car request 48 hours prior to departure. No confirmation, and no car service. Several hours after flight I received a cancelation notice. If I could give less than 1l star, I would.

Ordered an SUV and paid
Ordered an SUV and paid for an SUV. A sedan came instead and we crammed 3 passengers and 7 bags in it to go to airport. I called and asked for a rate adjustment and an explanation but received neither. Terrible service and no follow up. I will never use limos.com again.

Totally worthless company. Left me stranded 2x to and from the airport, last minute. Then they have the audacity to charge my credit card anyway. Use them if you enjoy wasting your time and being stranded. Losers!

Hard to get the trip confirmed. then, very difficult to cancel the airport pick up when plans changed. The driver still showed up and was unaware that the trip had been cancelled.

You never responded to my emails. If I have been charged I expect a full refund as this was cancelled by myself. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS A MATTER IF URGENCY
