Abe's Limo
Abe's Limo has really gone down hill over the years. Most of the time, I've found that my rides are outsourced to other limo companies that are unprofessional and not at all concerned with providing good customer service. When you schedule a ride with Abe's Limo, you never really know what limo company is going to pick you up. There's no accountability, no quality control, no safety check. Too sketchy for me.

I only gave it a 1 because zero isn't an option.
I booked a limo for my son's Prom several weeks prior to his event and thankfully purchased the "trip assurance," for an additional $100. My son received a call 3 days before his Prom stating that the driver was unable to drive and the company had reached out to other companies who were unable to assist them, but since I had bought the trip assurance, my entire amount would be refunded. In my attempt to locate another limo for my son (which was an impossible feat), I spoke to many local places who stated that this place is a national company who takes as many bookings as possible and then tries to find local places to fill the bookings. Unfortunately, the local places had gotten calls from Limos the week before and all of them said that even if they had a limo, they wouldn't do business with them. So, lesson learned, I usually do business with local companies and should have with this as well... as far as the trip assurance, this was on them, so no matter what, they would have been refunding my full amount. Buyer beware!

Ruined my daughters 16th Birthday celebration
Terrible company, terrible representation from customer service Reggie. Cancelled ride on the day of my daughter's 16th birthday celebration (May 21, 2022), they never called . Found out ride had been cancelled when ride was running late and I had put a call through to the company. Did not substitute ride which had been booked since May 5th. Caused my daughter great distress and messed up her party plans which, we will never forget in a hurry. A huge disappointment it was. Do not rent with them if you do not want this kind of unreliable service, a company that do not care about your special occasion, the customers satisfaction is not in their core value, they simply do not care. They have stringent conditions if You cancel the ride but could not be bothered when they cannot meet up their end of agreement. Poor customer relation. I am NEVER BOOKING A RIDE with them

Scam
I booked a party bus for my daughters prom this year. The reservation was confirmed and the fee was paid. Four days prior, I was informed that the bus was not available but that they MAY have a shuttle bus. I asked to speak to the supervisor Deleena and was told she would call right back. I called back several times and was given the run around. When I did finally track her down, she offered an empty apology and said that a shuttle bus was available and we would be partially refunded for our inconvenience. Later that day, I received a text message that no bus would be available. I tried multiple times to contact someone and was told by the answering service that I would be contacted. The on hold phone message is for Bauers International. I called their direct number and they stated that limos.com is a separate company and they were not sure why their message was on Limos.com on hold line. Selena at Bauers Int'l did graciously try to help but was met with the same dead end. I am appealing for my money back but at this point, there has been no communication. Beware. This may not be a real company. I will post on other websites.

NO SHOWS
I would have chosen Zero stars if the review would have let me. We had a business meeting including a team builder and dinner and we got left standing on the corner with no ride. I tried calling to confirm our reservation for multiple days with no response. I still have not received a phone call. I will be disputing our $1000 charge we received with no service!!

Service not as expected
This was my second time using limos.com. The first time went well so I used the service again. I booked a towncar, as that was the car I liked. I was charged for a towncar. I did not get a towncar. The first time I used the service I got a driver who wore a suit and tie. On this trip I got a driver who was casually dressed with tattoos showing. She was pleasant, but it was not as expected. I could have booked an uber. My biggest beef is thet the car that was sent for me was not quoted as much as the car I had been booked for. I am disappointed.

Ride Cancelled
Booked through them for my wedding, a week after booking I received an email that my ride was cancelled and no reason was given. It took 3 phone calls to get ahold of someone who could help me find out why. They never removed the ride I selected from the website because everything was booked. Now almost a week later, I still haven’t received a refund.

If you're planning a wedding, you need this team
Renting vehicles for the wedding was a breeze with the help of Erik. From the first call, he guided me to which type of vehicles we would need for guests and for the bride and groom. He called to confirm the arrangements a few weeks before the wedding and put up with last minute changes. I received the drivers names, phone numbers and locations on the day of the event. The drivers, Willie A. and Silvester E. were professional, accommodating and friendly. The entire experience was stress-free and so worth the cost.

Hard to use
Always in the past offered excellent service. Latest reservation it took 4 phone calls to get a status of a reservation and later cancel--use if you have a lot of patience. Website chat line never answered--operator unavailable and requests never answered, even after days

There is no customer service at Limos.com
You cannot talk to a person at Limos.com about an issue and, though you can leave a message with their phone service, you will never, ever get a call back. You may be lucky enough for them - after repeated e-mails and phone messages - to correct an error in your reservation, but don't hold your breath!

Wedding
I booked a limo for my wedding back in March. I kept the company informed of all changes and they took my final payment 6 days before my wedding. The night before, they emailed me that my service was canceled with no rhyme or reason. They screws up all my plans and my special day. Hate is a strong word, but I hate them and I hope they lose out on future customers. I reported them to the BBB as well

OK Ride - still waiting for customer service to call back
My car broke down and I needed a car service to get to our vacation house for an extended weekend. One car service I had called was fully booked but recommended limos.com as an alternative. At first, I was impressed, because the booking process was very quick and easy. I found the two rides I needed at an acceptable price, and received a confirmation with the details very promptly. - The pick up at our house was a little late but within reason, and the rest of the ride was ok. We made it to our destination a little late but safe. Unfortunately, our ride back picked us up almost 3 hours late!!! By the time, we realized HOW late he would be, we could not make any alternative arrangements anymore so we were stuck waiting. The worst part was not the actual limo driver, because it was just bad scheduling on his end. No, what was bad was the customer service, when we called limos.com for support. We called twice and both times, someone took down all our information (that was part of our reservation any way) and we were promised a call back from someone who could help. But that never happened. Which was very disappointing because from the text in the confirmations it sounded like you could reach out to limos.comand would actually get support. So if you use this service, hopefully you won't run into any problems. Otherwise, don't count on limos.com's customer service....

Prom Nightmare
Where do I begin? Went thru Limos.com for my daughter's prom (16 kids) and was worst mistake I made. 1. I tried to cancel immediately after paying full fare with my credit car but booking contract stated fare was non-refundable (no one ever apprised me of that). Called Limos.com 6 times and left voice messages with no return calls. Finally called the personal cell number of the rep that called me back to book the service. Was told that the fare was indeed non-refundable and only recourse was credit for future date or $150 off this fare (which was close to $1400!). I was never going to need a $1400 limo in near future so I had no choice but to take the $150 credit. 2. Tried calling Limos.com to find out the name of the service provider. I was putting 16 kids in this car and wanted to know it was a reputable company. Again no return calls from Limos.com so I called the personal cell of the rep who booked the fare for me. Was told that it was against their policy to disclose that information before the date of the service. The rep even said to me, "you don't get to call your airline pilot in advance, do you?". Really? 3. Finally got the name of the limo provider (3) hours before pick-up. I called them to make sure everything was ok. Person who answered could not speak English well and would not give me the name of his company. All he kept saying is "all ok". My gut was telling me that this was going to get worse. And it did. 4. Limo arrived (on time) but dirty and beat up. Inside had not been vacuumed, seats were ripped and the air conditioning was not working. There was a huge gouge along the entire left side of the car and the left rear tire was almost flat. The parents were shocked. But what do you do when you have 16 kids needing to go to prom? 5. Today, I received the bill with the $150 credit (for the non-refundable surprise ) and a $15 toll charge? Not sure what tolls there are between Princeton, Branchburg and New Brunswick but that was the least of my...

Where do I even begin? Went thru Limos.com for my daughter and 15 of her friends (prom night). 1. Was not advised that the limo service I booked was non-refundable. The final price was extremely high so I tried to cancel immediately after booking, I kept getting voicemail and left 6 message. No one ever called me back. Finally, I called the personal cell number of the rep that I used to book the trip with. I was told that I could not get refund if I cancelled and the only recourse was a "credit" to be used another time or a $150 credit off of a $1,380 fare (which was super high to begin with). This rep became my lifeline since no one at Limos.com was returning my calls. 2. Asked the rep for the name of the limo provider repeatedly so that I could look up their ratings but was told that that was against policy and that every company they use is highly vetted. Was also told that I don't get to know the name and number of my airline pilot so why should this be different? Really? I was finally given a contact number to the limo provider three hours before the pick-up. Huge gouge along the entire left hand side of the car and left rear tire was almost flat (parents were shocked). 4. Company later charged me $15 for tolls yet they came from Princeton to central NJ and then to New Brunswick. what tolls are there in that route? Parents were so upset with the condition of the car but what do you do with 16 kids that needed to go to prom? I ended up paying $1239 for the worst limo service of my life (and I use professional car service frequently for work). Now try to get some sort of restitution with Limos.com when they don't re...

Very disappointed and angry
the day of our event, only 7 hours from when we were to be picked up I received an email that the driver Deleena Gomez had canceled the reservations. also, the email stated that the payment was final and would need to use the credit with a certain timeframe. they provided no alternate solutions or explanation. Please avoid this scam!!! its a broker that takes no responsibility.

Great Driver! Horrible customer service!
Will never go with this company again. I paid for meet and greet for my senior mother who was flying in with a lot of luggage and wanted someone to drive her to the hotel. Booking was simple, received 10% off. Day of pickup I get a confirmation with curbside pickup so have to call and ask where is the meet and greet. She adds it but wants to charge me $10. I already paid $12 for it, along with insurance. Fast forward, my mother calls me that no one is there. Someone else had to help her with her bags. I call the driver and he informs me that lax won’t let them go inside of the airport because of Covid and that limos.com should have told me that and I explain that I paid and my mom can’t take her own bags and is a senior. Milton does a great job, apologizes a million times and rushes to my mother inside of the airport. He helps her all the way to the hotel and was AWESOME! I call and complain about the meet and greet charge, my mother’s horrible experience getting off the plane and her bags. The woman apologizes and says she is going to refund my meet and greet. Fast forward....instead of a refund, I get charged an ADDITIONAL $14.16? Excuse me? I call the 800 number and the man can’t help me so says to email. I email and do NOT hear anything from the company. I get an alert from my credit card that I was refunded $24.16 from them. Great....but no apology and refund should be $26.16 and I feel should get money money refunded for the HORRIBLE customer service. I don’t feel bad complaining since Milton got his gratuity. I email again and still crickets. I would never recommend this company.
