Very very disappointed
We rented a party bus to take our employees to lunch on and when I was informed of supposedly their arrival it was not what we had ordered and paid for. I went out to see and it was an Encono line van. Very disappointed and I will not do anymore business with them.

Company is refusing to return our money despite services not being rendered. Please read other complaints. This company is aa scam and is stealing people money I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while using your services. My family and I paid $1,000 to hire a limo bus for a special outing to view Christmas lights, hoping to provide a memorable evening for my elderly mother-in-law, two infants, and a woman undergoing cancer treatment. We were specifically assured that we would receive a large enough bus to accommodate 20 people with sufficiently large windows to allow our group to enjoy the sights from within the vehicle, as most of them were unable to walk or stand outside in the cold. Unfortunately, we were provided with a party bus that had completely blacked-out windows, rendering it impossible for anyone inside to see the Christmas lights. Instead of the joyous experience we anticipated, we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We made a brief stop at one home where we were told we could exit to see the lights; however, my elderly mother-in-law, the two mothers with infants, and our guest with cancer were unable to leave the bus in the freezing weather. We ultimately requested the driver take us to a park where some of us could walk and look at the lights while those unable to do so waited inside the bus. After limited enjoyment and an overall negative experience, we requested to be taken home early. In addition to this disappointing service, I have been attempting to secure a refund for over a month. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with silence and vague responses. During my second follow-up call, I was advised to anticipate not receiving a full refund, which further illustrates the lack of accountability your company displays for its service failures. Very helpful with information when I signed up for the service. However, the driver was 15 min late due to traffic but the start time was not changed by 15 min. My contract states I had 2 hours of time yet the driver insisted on going point to point since I had not known all the details of the evening when I booked the car. This was a wedding night get-away and it would have been nice to have flexibility for the couple to enjoy some sites if they so chose.

Only leaving one star because zero isn’t possible. Had a ride scheduled with confirmation to catch an early flight. The car never showed. Called the 800 number for help several times and the calls went to a voicemail box. Will never book with this service again.

We booked for a ride from the airport on October 6 at 9:15 Driver never showed up till I got a call after 10 pm In meantime tried calling the office number 3 times Voice mail said they would get back to me in two business hours. A lot of good that does Ended up taking Uber When they finally did reach out to me the next day they said they would look into a refund for a no show. I also confirmed my ride to the airport on Sunday Oct 8 Was told no problem Guess what driver a no show Again tried calling hot voice mail. They almost made us miss our flight Horrible service all around and a hard time getting a refund for service not provided

We called and reserved a Cadillac Escapade for Thursday. We heard nothing...NO follow up.We began calling them daily and got the same answer.That answer was that we have the vehicle just not a driver. I needed assurance that we would get there on time with time to spare...NOT a care was given...just a lot of ridiculous excuses! I have to use livery services for various reasons, I would HOWEVER NEVER EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY STAR RATING. THEY WERE PLAYING GAME WITH ME WHICH ULTIMATELY COULD PUT ME IN AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT SITUATION,THAT COULD NOT BE REVERSED. INSTEAD OF MAKING EXCUSES TRY AN APOLOGY.THEY GO A LONG WAY. All i can say is limo today was fabulous from start to finish!!!! They answered all my questions and helped me decide on a vehicle that would work best for our event. Our driver Craig was amazing!!! 5/5 stars from me

I rarely write reviews, but the way this company has treated me warrants me writing one. If you have an opportunity to use a different company, I highly recommend it. I have used this company quite frequently. Their cancelation policy is reasonable...they provide a credit. You cannot apply the credit online which is disappointing. I called several times for them to apply the credit to future rides and they continued not to do it. So my credit is still sitting with them and they refuse to do anything about even though I've requested several times. The customer service was horrible not attempting to help, but just repeating the policy is what it is...it makes no sense. I appreciate loyalty-I'm going elsewhere.

I had booked two rides with Limos.com over 6 months ago. Both rides were cancelled by the company with an email that said I would receive a refund. I still have no refund, and have been calling and/or emailing on a near daily basis for over a week. No status, no action. Just a person on the other end of the phone who tells me they will escalate. Limos.com, you are sitting on over $0.5K of cash that was due back to me half a year ago. This is completely unacceptable.
