Not what they used to be.
I’ve used limos.com before and they were great. I’m not sure what changed, but this time the driver did not meet us in the airport like he was supposed to. Then, after he drops us off, I was charged an additional $22 to my card (without telling me) for “parking and tolls”. He didn’t park - he pulled up along side the curb at the airport to pick us up, and we didn’t go through any tolls. I will be taking my business elsewhere and disputing the charge.

Absolute TRASH company
If I could give negative stars, I would! NO ONE use this company! There is ABSOLUTELY no customer service. My husband paid for a full size stretch limo to pick us up on the way home from our honeymoon and we got a black town car where we had to put our bags at our feet. The driver was nice, but we paid hundreds of dollars to be cramped for over an hour drive home. We called the service as soon as we walked in the door and it's been 2 weeks, a dozen phone calls and NO ONE has returned our call. We are so upset that this is how you treat your customers and we will be writing all the reviews and telling everyone we know to never use you. You're a scam.

Thank you Deleena for making it all work out! Due to the COVID19 pandemic, making travel arrangements work was a real workout. However, overall, it was all good. Impeccable service, great vehicle selections and variable packages is a plus.

Trip Review #E4ER8J and #E4ER8K
I was happy with the service for the ride from the airport to the house (Ride #E4ER8J); however I was NOT happy and unpleasantly surprised when I received the Ride Receipt. It had additional charges: 1) a toll charge of $21.64 when the trip did not encounter any tolls as the driver used toll free I-95 and 2) a miscellaneous charge of $50.00! After some work with Deleena Gomes, the additional charges were removed. I must gladly report that the return trip (Ride #E4ER8K) from the house to the airport was flawless, as was the billing. The driver was punctual, professional, and very courteous.

Worst customer service, do not use
Horrible service, booked a car in September, the car I ordered didn't show and a Toyota came, I also paid extra to have a driver come inside and that did not happen, I have called countless times and have only spoken to someone about 2 times. Still have not received my refund.

The next day, still no confirmation which a chat agent acknowledged. I was headed to the airport and had no ride confirmed for my arrival, so I simply decided to take a Lyft from the airport. Sorry to give you this rating but you cancelled the car service at 5pm the night before a morning pickup and gave no alternative. I had to get to the Amtrak 45min away. So this was bad service.

Never showed up, wouldn’t communicate and didn’t get in touch until 2 hrs after the agreed upon time at which point they offered a 25 dollar credit for ruining our night. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible. Van got pulled over, wrong plates on it, failed inspection & driver had wrong license. Literally stranded on the side of the road & had to take Ubers home. They never even sent another car/limo for us & didn't answer calls. I will be seeking legal representation until this is rectified. The safety of 10 people was put at risk and the best they could do is offer a $25 credit.

Left my wife at airport at 12:30 am and refused to refund money
This was disaster. They failed to pick up my wife as scheduled at 12:01 am on October 21st, but they did charge my credit card. My wife searched the airport for their driver, but they did not show (extremely few people in the airport at 12:30 am; hard to miss). My wife took a Lyft. To date Limos.com has not refunded my money (said they would) and will not answer their phone.

Lack of communication
It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone . They did have an after hours number that you can speak to a live person but they couldn’t do anything on your reservation and kept sending me to a voicemail and promised someone wound call me back which I never received. The limo driver also charged me $80 more than what was quoted when I was dropped off .
