The footrest was broken when
The footrest was broken when I got it, it caused big clicking noise, I contacted the customer service and sent them the video, they sent me an actuator and also sent a tech to come, but tech person said the issue is not caused by the actuator, I am still waiting for the resolution, and customer service department is not very responding to reply my email. makes me feel very frustrating after you made a big investment but this thing is still can't work properly.

Absolutely disappointed that you sent
Absolutely disappointed that you sent me a defective chair then want me to eat the $900 costs of returning it. I’ll never purchase from you again if you don’t remedy this.

Shipping service was OK. One of the 2 guys didn't not seem to be very optimistic about bringing the chair upstairs and was pushing hard to leave the chair on the first floor. I had to really explain it him that I paid for white glove delivery for this very purpose. Then they were able to take the chair upstairs with no issue.

Oh sake did a nice
Oh sake did a nice job of packaging everything up on a pallet and shipping the chair in two pieces using YouTube videos. It was pretty easy to look up except there were one part of the video that doesn’t show a specific connection. I would’ve liked to of seen instructions come with the chair that were more detailed.
