Delivery was nice and the two men took care of the car while bringing it inside to where I wanted it placed.

They were very helpful with getting my order cancelled with place we org ordered. , They were out of stock so ordered new chair directly threw Osaki still free shipping and also saved on tax.

The shipping was much faster than I anticipated, I ordered the chair in November expecting a longer delivery times due to the holidays. We ended up receiving the chair within a couple weeks. . which meant my wife got her Christmas present early, which is cool with me… all in all great shipping time, and chair arrived in good new condition.

We received our chair right before Thanksgiving, and 15 out of 15 of our children and grandchildren ages 18 - 45 kept sneaking off for a quick message. We would recommend buying this model, you get the best of everything.
