I love this idea of keeping my pictures from my phone in a safe place where they can’t be hacked! My phone has pretty much replaced a traditional camera so this little gadget is super helpful. I only wish I’d done more research and purchased a larger one since I filled this one up in no time at all.

Well this USB pitcher keeper back up is the Greatest I tried so far. Easy to use and backup and clear your phone. I would recommend this to everyone who takes pictures and need to back up their photos. Don't wait get it and use it. aI had to wait till I got the free adapter for my phone. Third customer service is outstanding fast turnaround for the adapter I needed for my phone.

Picture Keeper was a god send when on vacation and my phone couldn't hold anymore photos, so I downloaded what I had and was ready to keep going - it was great!

This is the easiest way to backup pictures. Just plug it in and let it do the work for you!

Easy to use! I had over 11,000 photos on my phone I wanted to remove and keep safe. It was easy to use and I successfully have saved all of my photos. It took a little time and patience but it was worth it! I will purchase another one form my Mac Computer too!

Quick and easy to use.

I recently ordered the 8GB version of this product. Unfortunately, my order became stuck in transit. Once the company realised this, they immediately refunded my P&P costs and sent out a replacement which turned out to be a 16GB version.. They also contacted me to apologise and to let me know that if the original order turned up, I was to keep both. Now I have received my order it does exactly what it says on the tin! Easy to use and faultless performance Impeccable service from a company that obviously values it's customers. Great customer service and a great product. Happy to recommend the product and company without reservation.

Perfect, worked awesome

A friend recommended that I purchase a Picture Keeper. It was easy to pull all of my photos off of my computer drives. I had so many duplicates that it was getting unusable and I could not organize them. Now I have one set with no duplicates and will reload the external hard drive and get things organized.

great customer service, great product

Its worked well with my regular android with a universal plug in and with my PC. But the adapter they sent for the Galaxy 8 does not work and I cannot get customer service to understand this.

Simple and company was very helpful in exchange.

Very easy to use. Just plug in the usb drive click the setup button and it all automatic after that. I was able to select and deselect drives and folders. Excellent utility.
