Easy ordering. Helpful customer service. On time delivery. The device is easy to use one you get the hang of it. The page that allows you to choose which files to save is not immediately apparent . Once found, no problems.

I purchased the Picture Keeper Connect for my iPad just in time. A few days later my 32GB iPad storage was full. I’m happy to say the instructions are clear & the product is easy to use.

I ordered 4 Create Your Own picture keepers over the course of 2 or 3 weeks using my own San Disk flashdrives and only had a problem one time, getting pictures off my laptop. I sent an email and they sent me back an activation code which fixed my problem and and now I have all my pictures backed up. Been wanting to do this for a long time. A good decision. Picture Keeper is the best!

Easy to use, both downloading and uploading. You got the C adapter to me in record time...very much appreciated. So nice to be able to get pics from other phones and other devices without having to mess with email. Great product, one that you think "why didn't I think of that!" Thank You for thinking of it.

I love my picture keeper. I am not a tech person and this worked very easily to back up my pictures.

I accidentally bought the wrong picture keeper thinking I'd got the one for my phone. I sent in a help message got a phone call back within a couple of hours and got a cable sent out. The picture keeper saved irreplaceable pictures on my phone which was dying. This is a super product and very easy to use.vi just plugged it in and followed directions on my phone

I am the picture taker ion the family and they are everywhere! O had to get them all together so all my 4 siblings can pass them down to their children...before it is too late! Thanks
