I have had all my family photos backed up on picture keeper connect for years. Went to add some photos from my iphone and it no longer works. Reached out to customer service on several occasions and every time they walked me through the same steps over and over until they realized it wasnt working. Said it my be their connector so the sent me a new one. Guess what, it still does not work. Their lame excuse was well its out of warranty so there is nothing we can do. Maybe take it to a third party to see if they an recover your pictures. Offered a discount on a new one. Why would I want a new one when clearly your product is garbage. This is not acceptable and I have seen other reviews stating the same thing. They definitely have an issue with their product and do not want to admit to it. All I have to say now is thanks for the "Memories Lost" due to your inadequate product.

Picture Keeper doesn’t have the correct charger to it. The chargers are now obsolete as new chargers begin with the iPhone as of Sept 22, 2023. I had to buy new chargers for this iPhone 15.

Lost all my pictures from Picture Keeper Pro from 25 years ago to present. Nothing they could do. DO NOT BUY!

I bought the picture keeper connect less than a year ago. Initially, I had someone call me back in a respectable amount to time to guide me through issues. I have tried several times in the last few months to get additional help and have to leave a message. The first time it was ONE WEEK till anyone called back and i was not home. I tried again recently and had to leave another message. I received a call FIVE DAYS later and again, I was not home. We set up a time to call me back the next day at 11AM. I have waited and waited and still no one has called from support help. I would avoid buying this product. The company is very frustrating to deal with.

I take a lot of photos, I took over 5000 photos on our Hawaii vacation, over 2000 each on out vacations to Ireland and Italy, plus thousands over the years no holidays, birthdays, weddings and more. I had almost two terabytes of photos on my computer, many multiple copies. So I bought the "Create your own" Photo Keeper software on Friday, and a 2 Terabyte external USB Hard Drive. I downloaded the software and the Hard Drive arrived on Sunday about noon. I installed the software on the hard drive and kicked off the backup. It started to scan my computer. By Monday afternoon (less then 24 hours), the Photo Keeper software backed up 64013 pictures at 380BG it found 115921duplicates at 709.8 GB, This was the best organization of all my photos then I have had in years. The backup photos files retained the original date and time the pictures were taken, not the date they were copied like some software does. I had bought an 1TB IBI backup device and it ran for 48 hours, it did not separate out duplicates, then failed. If you want to back up your photos, Photo Keeper is the way to go! As a long time armature photographer, I highly recommend Photo Keeper.

I just got off a call with Tony. He was beyond helpful and patient! I've had many issues with losing pictures during back ups in the past but Tony made sure everything went smooth. He shared a computer screen with me and walked me through the process. PK is lucky to have someone like him on their team! I hope he is recognized for his excellence in customer service!

I have to say that your support team member (Tony) was so helpful. He was pleasant and so patient in teaching me to navigate the areas I needed help with. Too many companies these days offer little to nothing in the way of great support. You have a wonderful product and I feel so confident knowing that if I get stuck I have knowledgable and delightful help available. Thank you Picture Keeper. I feel so good knowing that my treasured photos are in safe keeping.

If you are looking for a way to get rid of duplicate pictures, put your music,documents,videos on one device, the PICTURE KEEPER DOES IT ALL. Buy the Pro version you won't be sorry. I started out with the small version and quickly realized I needed the big one. I am 80yrs old not tech savy . The support I received was outstanding from Tony Manson. I repeat "buy the Pro version". They even have their phone number on the box and you can either e-mail or call and talk with a human. Kathy

A shout out to Melody Ferrell who spent well over 1 1/2 hours with me regarding my picture keeper product and discovering a hidden duplicate photo library. She was able to configure the product to find all photos, and was so patient with me, a neophyte to Picture keeper. Now I'm able to transfer all my photos to the drive, delete them from my computer, but use PK as a screen saver to view them! Thanks Melody!

I am writing about the fabulous customer service from Jade. I own a Picture Keeper from 2013 she walked me through the updates and stayed on the phone until everything was completed.
