The delivery took a few days longer than predicted, but everything else was fine and i love the model Athen.

I am actually really disappointed in this purchase... Especially since the real problems came after 30 days after purchase. The Bluetooth is breaking all the time with my phone in my pocket. Initially, I though it was my phone but as it turned out it also breaks with my laptop. Consequently, listening to music or podcasts is getting annoying, can't use it for computer calls either as it's super unreliable.

Great help from customer support. Got quite a few different products over the last years: stockholm, the rainbow san fransisco, the Boston ones. Great sound, great fit for my ears. Friendly, personal, quick.

These are the only earbuds that actually fit me comfortably and without falling out. Sound quality ok but not amazing (bass a little weak) and sometimes on calls the connection drops out. Pretty good for the price though

Love my rainbow headphones. Comfortable, stay in place, light, ergonomic, pretty and effective. The whole family have a different Urbanista headphones product each and we love them all.

Few weeks ago I bought my urbanista stockholm plus headphones. I am very satisfied with the product, great sound quality and superb battery life.

Very poor quality. First pair of headphones disconnected continuously, randomly paused. After weeks of chasing customer services I got a new pair which were just as bad. Didn’t even bother going through the painful process of getting my money back. Never again!

Hice un pedido de los cascos Athens el día 20 de julio, contando con que decían que realizaban el envío entre 2 y 4 días desde su recepción. No recibí ni si quiera la confirmación del mismo, pero esperé hasta que me pareció demasiado, así que les envié un mail el 5 de agosto solicitando información y una hoja de reclamaciones. Me dijeron que el motivo del retraso era debido a los problemas que tenía la empresa de mensajería por la pandemic y, EN ESE MOMENTO, me llegó un mail diciendo que mi pedido acababa de ser enviado. El 5 de agosto. Volví a escribirles comentándoles esto, lo cual se alejaba de lo que me contaban, y pidiéndoles una hoja de reclamaciones. Les pedí una hoja de reclamaciones hasta en 5 ocasiones y en ninguna me la enviaron. Me querían dar un 10% para mi próxima compra (la cual, lógicamente, no va a tener lugar). Finalmente, solicité el reembolso porque, aún con todo, a día de hoy, 19 de agosto, los cascos no han llegado.

Continually fall out. Also, frequently drop connection. No longer use.

Quality of the Bluetooth headphones was poor. they could not be returned (hygienic reasons) and should be destroyed. Then email a photo of the destroyed headphones and you get your money back. Not very environmentally friendly!

I purchased earbuds. Within a couple of months the plastic on the charging case broke at the hinges, the finish came off them. Having used them for a year they will no longer charge (both sets), a problem which my friend’s earbuds have also developed. I didn’t find customer services to be particularly useful and won’t be purchasing again. Expensive for a product that doesn’t last.
