Best quality. Good fit. Delivery times a bit long but great customer service

The best buds I've had so far. Not so sure about the ambience mode but the noise canceling is top notch. I swear it feels like there's a thunderstorm going on inside my body at times

Habe die Athens bestellt und diese wurde extrem schnell geliefert. Bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit den In-Ears, da ich bisher noch keine wirklich passenden hatte.

A very special sound

Très satisfaite de la couleur et la forme, le son est bon pour moi. Je les utilise tous les jours et l'usage est pratique. Quelques défauts cependant : - je n'utilise jamais les commandes sur les écouteurs car ils ne tiennent pas assez bien pour que je tape légèrement dessus sans que ça tombe, alors je change la musique ou je réponds aux appels seulement via mon téléphone. -le point désagréable est un son constant, un bruit blanc qui s'entend surtout si le son est coupé mais qui fait comme un bruit de caméra qui filme (pour donner une idée du bruit). C'est assez désagréable, surtout que le son est pas totalement continu, s'arrête et revient sans arrêt. - j'ai du mal à comprendre pourquoi parfois il m'est arrivé qu'un écouteur ne fonctionne pas une journée alors qu'il était resté dans la boite comme l'autre. Bref ils ne sont pas parfaits mais très esthétiques et font l'affaire au quotidien, juste je me serait bien passés de ces petits désagréments :)

With a slightly clearer sound, a connection cable and an application with equalizer would be my perfect wireless headphones. Amazing design, color, finish and comfort. In any case I recommend it without a doubt.

Good comfortable fit, nice sound, easy volume adjustment. Only down side is: wont disconnect from my television even when the tv is off. But this may be due the the television set up. Have not yet found the solution.

My new Urbanista Miami Headset is super. Perfect fitting. Also when wearing glasses. The sound gives you a feeling like joyning a live concert in a famous Opera House. Handling is very easy. The headset came in a high class depot box for a long live. I'm very happy with my new Urbanista!

I have had issues with both my original pair and the warranty replacement. Warranty ist received 22.10.21. They do not pair effectively and also lose connection. I have used these across 4 different iPhones and my laptop and have had the same issues. Customer service has always been polite and courteous, but sadly I will not be purchasing anything from this Urbanista in the future.
