Vänster lur börjar tjuta i örat ibland. Slutar efter ett tag om man tar ut dom . Går inte styra av/på genom att trycka på luren. Funkade heller inte att prata via mikrofonen ( jag har inte lyckats iaf)

I'm using Urbanista Miami for several weeks yet, but for now I can say that I like the quality of the headphones, how it sounds. Also it's really nice that you can use it as a wired headphones when the battery is empty. And also I like the case for the headphones, that is pretty compact. Thank you for your product

Not recommended. Mine doesn’t solar or light power up and it holds a cable charge for very short duration . There are no visible light or solar cells that can be identified. Controls are clumsily placed and hard to touch identify . Amazon purchase

Bad Service!! No return, because of opened box. Unused earbuds, only opened the box and now I can’t return them! Should’ve bought on Amazon or eBay instead of the urbanista homepage!! They take back even if they’re used!!! No more urbanista!

They are really easy to use, compact and the colour is so cool!

- Det finns en funktion för att hoppa till nästa låt, men inte för att gå tillbaka, vilket gör att om man missar något i en bok eller podd och behöver tillbaka några sekunder, måste man använda telefonen. När en påminnelse i kalendern kommer är ljudet extremt högt, det gör ont i öronen. Detta gäller alla Urbanistas lurar som jag provat (hittills tre olika). Inget vidare för telefonsamtal, man måste nästan skrika för att den andra personen ska höra. Reagerar dåligt på tryckningarna. + Härligt att de är så små och tar så lite plats! Bra passform: De trillar inte ur och passar även till mina små öron (de minsta plopparna i in-ear-lurar är för stora). Bra ljud Bra att den alltid verkar fatta att de ska koppla upp sig till telefonen, så att man inte behöver gå in och söka upp dem hela tiden. Bra case: lätt att öppna, lätt att lägga i och ta ur lurarna.

Placed my order on 16/01 as a birthday present for my daughter. When I hadn’t heard anything by the 24th I emailed to find out Where they were. I received an email informing me that they has a supply issue with the colour I had ordered. Not clear when they were going to let me know! I was given the option of another colour, which I choose. A day later I asked for confirmation that my order was being actioned. I was told they were being shipped out that day.- I have sent another two emails and am waiting for a response - here we are on the 30th still waiting for the information on the head phones and I receive an email asking for a review, asking me to contact customer service if there is a problem so they could sort it before I write my review! Already tried that. Will update when my daughter has received her birthday present!

I waited 7 days for my red Miami headphones to be dispatched and they never arrived. I got into contact to ask why it was taking so long, and I was told that the red ones were out of stock. Why are you able to purchase products that aren't in stock? I recieved no communication beforehand even mentioning that they weren't in stock, not a single thing identified that they weren't in stock. I would give this company 1* if it wasn't for the swift refund and decent customer service. I'm just annoyed that I would've been left waiting forever if I hadn't emailed them asking where my headphones were. If you want these products, it would be best to buy from other shops like HMV that actually know what stock they have.
