Jag fick en rabattkod och tänkte använda bden på ett Los Angeles headset men det gick inte. Fick ingen feedback varför. Supporten sa sedan att det var pga att det var pga det var förköp på just den produkten. Det är ju ok. Men som kund vill jag ju att det framgår. Se, där kom ju en user story till er . Ser mycket framemot mina nya Lod Angeles när de kommer!

This is my first time using wireless earbuds and I decided to buy the Stockholm Plus. The noise quality is very good. The only issue is that you have to check when connecting your earbuds to your phones Bluetooth whether it has connected for audio and calls or just audio. I feel like all earbuds should be connected to enable calling plus listening.

I've been thinking for a while about buying wireless plug-in earphones and Urbanista provided the best possible solution. Urbanista London earphones not only look very good, but also pleasant to use and listen to music. It became an inseparable companion for me- thank you Urbanista!

Bra service på garantiärende, kanske något lång svarstid på mailen. Tog alltid flera dagar. Men när ärendet väl var klart fick jag nya lurar snabbt levererat.

Tyvärr gick ena hörluren sönder. Det löstes omgående av urbanista. Inga problem alls.

The colour is nice. The Sound is just ok not very good. the costumer service is totally bad!!

The headphones did not work when I received them. I called customer service to see if they could help. They asked me to turn it on and off and push this button and that but it still did not work. I asked for a refund and how I could return the headphones. Customer service said I needed to try again to get the headphones to work with another technician. The headphones again, did not work. I again asked for the shipping information to send the headphones back. Finally after 3 weeks they emailed me a shipping label to send the headphones back. Now, my refund is nowhere to be found after 5 months, I give up! The headphones looked nice and I looked forward to using them. If you get a pair that work, great! If you get a pair that doesn't, then don't expect the quick, helpful, and accommodating customer service that most tech companies provide.
