I recently ordered a WOLF Watch Winder from the Metrocentre store, the service I received was excellent together with product knowledge. Upon receiving the message that the item was now in store, I went to collect it and once again received perfect service from two members of staff. I would certainly use this shop again (and the item was less expensive than other shops nearby)

I visited the Edinburgh shop in April, with my husband, to buy an eternity ring. We were welcomed by Pabinder who helped us with our choice. Pabinder was extremely professional but also highly personable and is a credit to Fraser Hart. We returned a second time to buy a gold chain, after receiving helpful advice from Pabinder, we were once again very happy with the service provided. I cannot speak highly enough of Pabinder but would mention that the other staff are also very welcoming and pleasant.

Use a different company as very unusual to have to collect from a collection point when they can be left with a neighbour, also the package was small enough to put in one of the bins and a note through the letter box saying that. UPS may not have that policy but there are neighbours,so they would have to put a note telling me that.
