Pavinder at Fraser Hart in Bluewater was excellent at customer service. Due to being deaf, she was able to communicate with me in sign language which put me at ease. She gave me lots of details about an engagement ring that i planned to propose to my fiancé. My fiancé absolutely love the ring which I’m grateful for all Pav’s help.

I have visited the store several times and called too. The staff are great and products amazing but it does need to be noted that the manager of the Trafford store Adrienne is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Honestly she has made mine and my partners journey to marriage so special. She helped my partner pick the engagement ring, helped us both with wedding bands and has endlessly helped with any queries from me. Everything about her service has been quality. She is a lovely person and absolutely fantastic at her job, she goes above and beyond… although she’s doing her job she does more than that by making the experience and being such a lovely person who cares about giving you the best. Would highly recommend the store and also you will be so lucky if Adrienne is helping you. Thanks so much for everything and know we will always come to you for in future.

After two Jewellers failed to deliver my dream watch Fraser Hart did not disappoint. First class service from point of ordering over the phone to collection from Bristol Cribbs Causeway, store staff were excellent. Efficient, Polite and Professional. Highly recommended.

I enquired about a watch at the Chelmsford branch that was in the window one day and gone the next day when I popped in to view the watch. The branch got the watch I was interested into the branch within a couple of days, I was contacted when the watch was available to view. I received great service from Shaun who was the representative who took all my details in the first instance and was the person who contacted me when the watch was in the stores. I was not disappointed Shaun was very helpful allowing me to handle and see the watch on my wrist which looked great and was even better than on display. I purchased the watch as it was what I wanted and the service I received from Shaun which was first class very friendly and helpful. I purchased the Longines Master Collection 40mm with the green face on the bracelet, what a great looking watch and a good price.

I went to the Fraser Hart store at One Change in the city of London for a very small watch repair. Ron, who carried out the repair was quick, efficient and handled my query professionally. Emma greeted me at the door, with a large smile, and the whole atmosphere was so welcoming. Would highly recommend the shop.
