Called into cribba causeway branch to look for a special watch for myself. Was approached by Carl who was so friendly and experienced and put me at ease immediately. Carl did a superb job of matching a watch to my needs and budget. Excellent selection of watches and exceptional service from the staff I dealt with. Could have gone directly to Tudor but after the warm and friendly approach from Carl I kept my business with him Now the proud owner of a lovely new Tudor wristwatch.

Excellent service from Ros at the Maidstone branch. Offered Prosecco while we waited, very impressed with the staff and store. I took my engagement ring to the Cabot Circus store in February to be repaired as I'd lost a diamond in my unusual designed ring. I was told that I would hear from them in the next 6 weeks. I became increasingly concerned as by May I had still not hadn't heard anything, they didn't respond to my emails and their telephone lines didn't appear to work when I tried to call. I decided to contact Fraser Hart in Cribbs Causeway and they explained that the Cabot Circus store had closed down. Heather Iles managed to track down my original ring and explained that they were unable to repair my ring. However, she invited me to the Cribbs store to select an alternative ring to the value of my previous one. She was empathetic, kind, caring & professional throughout the whole process. Thanks again Heather for all your support. I will definitely be returning to your store in the future.

We popped into the Chelmsford Branch yesterday to browse a watch and had delightful service from the Sales Consultant Elise Taylor. Elise understood what we were looking for, helped with our choice, came up with a solution for the sizing, was friendly and made the whole purchase really enjoyable. Can’t recommend the team and Elise enough. And everything topped off with a glass of Prosecco for me, and a beer for my husband. Jennifer at Fraser Hart in Glasgow was absolutely superb. In all honesty, I had been struggling a bit with the process of buying an engagement ring, but compared to the other jewellers in the arcade, I was instantly put at ease. My Touch Tissot watch went on holiday to Switzerland for a new battery. From the initial drop off until collection four weeks (No post card from the watch - we'll have words!) I was kept appraised via various platforms. James particularly efficient on collection.

I recently bought a Grand Seiko SBGE201G from the Cardiff store. The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to show me all of the models I wanted to look at. All of the sales staff were very friendly, courteous and professional making the whole process very enjoyable. Fehmida in particular was exceptional in helping me decide which watch suited me the best, (she even managed to persuade my wife to buy a new watch as well!!).
