Called into Fraser Hart at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway to see if they could clean my mother’s 75+ year old engagement ring and 30+ years old eternity ring. Matt was so helpful, really friendly but also very professional and efficient. Arranged for both rings to be cleaned immediately, excellent service, could not have been more helpful. Today I went into the metro centre store looking for a watch I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Ian who was extremely helpful I was given time to browse the watches and asked to have a closer look Ian took the time with me to go through every detail about my specific watch was extremely friendly and helpful answered every question I had couldn’t ask for better service and left very happy with my selection

Visited the metrocentre store today just browsing as I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Shirley took the time to show me so many different ring styles, whilst having a good chat about our love of dogs. No pressure into a sale, but super helpful and helped me find my perfect ring. Nothing was a hassle. Will definitely return and will be looking out for Shirley!

Yesterday 12 June 2024 I contacted the Fraser Hart store in Sheffield Meadowhall because I had seen online that they had the exact Tudor 1926 gents wrist watch that I had been searching for. I contacted the store and spoke to SOHAIL who informed me that he would make enquiries as to the whereabouts of the watch. He promptly phoned me back and informed me that it was in their Cambridge store but if I wanted to purchase the item they would have it sent up to Sheffield within 24 hours. I went ahead withe purchase and sat back and waited to see if it would arrive within the timeframe stated. I was overjoyed when I received a call less than 24 hours later to say that the item was in store and ready for collection. The whole process was seamless and my thanks go to SOHAIL who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to keep me informed of the process. To the Cambridge store for their prompt execution of their side of the process and to the staff at Meadowhall who showed great customer service when I collected the watch today 13 June 24 less than 24 hours after purchase. I would gladly recommend Fraser Hart to anyone who wants high end customer service and exceptional value for money. Many thanks to you all.

The staff in store were Very understanding of my product issue and agreed to offer me an exhange. I was made ti feel comfortable and relaxed during my visit. I like the way they do not rush you making your purchase and are happy for you to take your time. I was served by Jake and he went above and beyond to help me decide on the right purchase. Jake was professional in manner There is not much of a selection available in store but I managed to find something to suit. Excellent customer service

Ronan at the Cambridge branch was a star today. Took time to help us buy a watch for our daughters 18th. We tried a number of jewellers in Cambridge today and Ronan was by far the best so we bought a special Longines watch from him.

Looking for a necklace for my birthday, spotted a couple I liked on display so popped in. Greeted by Caitlyn whom delivered an excellent service, made the whole thing a great experience, sat me down and let me try on the necklaces. The one I liked was not available, special order if I really wanted but my wife could not wait, so Caitlyn went off and came back with a few choices. Now the one I picked was actually less money, £100 less, but Caitlyn made it feel like my happiness was the thing that mattered which was great. All in all a great experience and would definitely shop there again.

Excellent service from Dan at the Meadowhall branch in helping me to get my smartwatch and he pointed out there was a discount . Dan ordered it in and arrived the next day. Dan was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely shop again at Fraser Hart at Meadowhall and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Dan for all your help!
