Ryan was extremely communicative and made the process easy. Clearly was very busy given the rate drop, but gave us individualized attention and worked all hours of the day to make sure we closed on time (get some sleep!). Refinanced my house without any problems. Surprised the refinance took 27 days from start to finish. We kept in contact throughout the whole process: application, appraisal, contract, to closing. I am happy, I got a better rate than the local banks and credit unions. It was a experience.

Great experience, I applied online and initially got assigned a representative (I do not recall his name). I had a complicated loan because I have a Home Equity loan too. I could not reach the representative assigned to me (don’t know what happened there) but James took up my problem (he actually took it very personal - like my problem was his problem) and completed my refinance. I am not sure he got credit for the work he did with me since my application was assigned to someone else. Very happy with the end process.
