I went through a refi utilizing James and the Simplist platform to refi our home during this time of extremely low rates. James was a great broker, making himself very available (within reason) for any questions I had, and he was great at providing useful info and feedback, even when he was clearly extremely busy with other clients trying to take advantage of the great rates available currently. We ultimately were able to float the rate for a while, then lock on a very quick closing with an extremely great rate. Between James and our loan processor Dan, I was always able to get my questions answered within a reasonable timeframe and overall this was a great experience. James really worked hard to get me the best rate and to make sure the terms were agreeable to my financial situation.

Simple to start and Simple to finish. Jared is a great to guy work with, he is very responsive even on weekend. The process is well designed, i did most of the Review/Sign Off online with clear instructions. Compared with my last refinance many years ago, this time is much easier and smooth

Had a hickup with getting needed documents so interest rate went up but we still dropped our rate by 2.13% so we are saving a bunch of money. Jeff and his team were easy to work with and we would use them again if needed.

My experience refinancing with Ryan was seamless! I started the process in the middle of february. Im self employed. During Covid, the rules and regulations were constantly shifting. It was becoming difficult to get straight answers from the lender. But not from Jared. While i was pulling out what little hair i have left in frustration, Jared was a rock. He never had any doubt, never gave up, never stopped fighting for me. Im not going to go into details, but it was more complicated than i anticipated it would be. Jared got it done as he said he would. Simplist is kind of broker and has good and simple to browse website to explore multiple rates and see what fits your needs. Mostly you will find good rates from multiple lenders. But once you finalize a lender, it is a hassle to proceed further. Since you are not directly working with final lender, it takes lot of time to get your questions answered, and lot of times you may be told that it is not possible to make a change and know the answer beforehand. I picked up a lender and a rate, and then changed my mind to go with a different rate with some points. My loan officer was not ready to make the change in estimate document (gave me verbal quote though) and said "it is lot of work" and he will have to reach out to the lender. Secondly, you will be working with two different people and there is lack of communication among them. I asked a question to my loan officer whether appraisal can be waived and also mentioned that I don't have a particular document, but the other person kept asking for same document without answering the question. Summary - I guess it is better to check rates at Simplist, but then work directly with the lender you choose.

Refinancing through Simplist was a breeze. We received lower rates than any others we inquired with, even our long time mortgage broker who we've worked with through other transactions. Closed in a couple weeks, almost entirely virtual beyond end of process signing and Jared and Kevin were always available to take our questions and adjust as needed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

James was great to work with, despite a few kinks (typo on my cell phone number didn't help). He was knowledgeable and was able to get us to the closing table in good time, even with how busy things are. Rates were great, and fees were reasonable. Would recommend Simplist again!

Jared and Simplist were great to work with. I was leary at first as. I generally prefer to go direct to the lender but I'm glad I didn't. Jared shopped around for the best rate and terms for me and stayed in constant communication along the way. Would strongly recommend him and have already sent 3 referrals to him. Will use him again for my next mortgage.

James was the easiest "loan guy" to communicate with. Very prompt, and used text, phone, and email. Shopped arounded on rate, but James was by far the most pleasant to deal with, so I was really happy he has the best rate too!
