Let's face it, we all hate paperwork. And hate the endless process of any type of loan application. And with so many digital loan platforms available, it's harder than ever to make the right choice. So when a friend turned me on to James and the Simplist team to get my ReFi done, I was hopeful but skeptical. I've never been part of the process where I was the 'loose end'. I couldn't work fast enough for the Simplist team. It's as if I was James, only customer. His dedicated professional advice made things simple and best of all PREDICTABLE. When he said we would close fast, I didn't expect it to be a 2 week closing transaction. When we were midstream in the process and he introduced the Senior Loan Officer, I thought this would the hand-off where things get lost! But not at all. Instead, the SLO just connected all the final dots and my action items were easy to accomplish. The final closing agent, that came to my home, chosen by Simplist, was very detailed, even respectful of our Covid protocol. We never felt rushed and she was very specific and detailed in her process. There was a slight hiccup in the closing statement (one of the title names was misspelled). I thought this would lead to days of delays. After calling James directly, with the closing agent still doing her business on-site, the team at Simplist had the corrected information in MINUTES! We signed, closed and now look forward to saving over $20,000 over a 10 year term. Amazing team and Highly Recommend!

Well, the timeline tells everything. I started my inquiry of refi on 1/8/2021 and I signed all the notary papers on 1/19/2021 and it will be funded 1/25/2021. I only interacted with two people, Jared and Dan, and they are so responsive. I only needed to contact Jared 3 or 4 times by phone and I was never put on hold and we were able to connect right away. Dan, the loan processor, was also on top of everything and responded to my emails usually in less than 5 mins. Everything, including the rate, rate lock, upfront cost, and the whole process was explained to me at the beginning and everything was completed as planned and as promised. Honestly I have never experienced such a painless real estate transaction before. I will recommend Simplist to everyone, especially this stellar duo: Jared and Dan.
