Needed to replace a saggy, decades old mattress. Wanted something to ease my severe arthritis. Trina in the Whittier store walked us through all our price points and options and never pressured us. We ended up getting a high-end set and I've never been more comfortable, even in our current humid heat wave. The pillow she added to our order is working well for me, too, and my "night fidgets" aren't being transferred to my husband.

After searching for a mattress at 3 different stores,I was most impressed by Ortho and Amir, the store manager. mattress buying is not easy and can be pricey,worrisome. Amir answered all concerns.

What a pleasant trip to look at mattresses. We didn't think we would actually buy one, it was just a "fact-finding" trip. Our Mattress Specialist, Nicole, was VERY personable and efficient. She sure knows her business! We spent almost two hours, having a hundred questions. She knew the answers to them all. She was so helpful. No pressure to buy was ever felt on our part We went from mattress to mattress, ending up at the Ortho brand Split King. It was an extremely comfortable mattress, and when she adjusted it for us, we were sold! Our Split King gets delivered tomorrow. Thanks, Nicole!

My family has purchased many mattresses from ortho and will continue to do so. Prices are great and salespeople are excellent. Not to mention the product is good. Carlos (at the Glendale location) helped me out and was very patient while I went around trying to find a mattress. I wish all salespeople were like him.

Did some price checking to several mattress stores. I was looking for a quality mattress for my guest room. Got very disappointed after visiting a couple of stores. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough wasn't happy what was offered in my price point. It was a completely different experience at the Ortho Mattress Store in Whittier I was impressed with the friendly customer service and how she listened to what I was looking for an then made a couple of suggestions. I found the perfect mattress at the price point I wanted. It was a completely different experience than the other stores. Also, it was delivered free the same day!!
