I went shopping on President's Day for a new mattress and fell in love with the Ortho Signature II Plush. I went to a couple other mattress locations just to confirm and check out other options. I could not physically purchase any other mattress after falling in love with the Ortho. I went back to the original location to purchase the mattress and get it delivered next day still under the sale. However, a lot of complications came about and the salesman went back on his promise for free delivery and guaranteed afternoon shipping. I contacted the Ortho e-mail system at 10:30pm and the VP, my hero, Henry Karmin, contacted me back immediately to assist me (even though it was WAY past the hours of service). I told him everything that happened and he settled all of my problems and got me exactly what I was expecting! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY ORTHO SIGNATURE II PLUSH MATTRESS (and the VP of this company for being so accommodating)!

My husband and I went to Ortho Mattress for a new Cal King mattress. Alexander was very helpful. He showed us several options within our price range and gave us all the time we needed to make the best decision for us. No high pressure sales which we appreciated. We purchased a very comfortable mattress at a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

We went into the Tustin store knowing what we wanted only to find out they no longer carried that particular mattress. Steve was more than helpful and went totally out his way to help us and took very good care of us. We received the mattress ,the guys were very nice who delivered it. The mattress is a lot firmer than we thought it would be but will give it a try and see . Their exchange policy sounds like we can make an adjustment if needed.

I would to thanks Chris Meeker for all of her expertise help on purchasing the right mattress for me. She was so knowledgeable on all of the mattresses. She explained in detail the differences and qualities of each mattress. I even called her to answer a couple of more questions and she again gave me all the information needed. I will be purchasing my mattress , from Amir (the Northridge Store manager) today. Amir along with Chris made my decision on a certain mattress very easy. Both are great people with excellent people skills and I was fortunate to meet them both. Here's to one very happy customer!

Cris Meeker was working at the Northridge Ortho location the day I came looking to purchase a new mattress. I had a nightmare of a time over the last 18 months with Sit ‘n Sleep and fully discouraged with the mattress industry. Three of their “high end” mattresses failed inspection, customer service was awful and I finally got them to give me a refund (well mostly, but that’s another horror story). Between the customer service and products. other stores I went looking for a mattress didn’t feel right. Anyway, although I have purchased from Ortho years ago and was happy in the past, I was under the impression that all mattresses were made to not last even a year and no one who sold them even cared or the sales people just felt slimy. That was until Cris helped me. She heard my hesitation on purchasing a mattress, educated me of the differences of the various makers and types and made sure I was fully informed before making a decision. Cris asked me what I was looking for, how I slept and found me the perfect fit! I ended up purchasing not only an Ortho made mattress that still feels like a cloud, I even sprung for the Reverie adjustable frame. Please note, I don’t make much money, but I felt confidence in what Cris was selling and spent nearly $4,000 that day. My experience with Cris and Ortho didn’t end there; I had (well, still having) complications with my Reverie frame and App, so I reached out to Cris multiple times who has made sure that Reverie continued to take care of my issues. She went above and beyond to get them to assist me. Finally, I am currently in my final class in college (Feature Writing, upper division course), and chose to write about the Mattress industry and my experiences over the last couple of years. I reached out to Cris to answer some questions as a subject matter expert and she was more than willing to help and was so transparent with giving me all of the information I was seeking. I was in the market for a new mattress. I had gone to another mattress store and left confused when approached by two salesmen trying to sway me to their mattress liking. When I walked into the Laguna Hills Ortho Mattress store , a salesperson named Woo approached me very friendly . He asked my what type of mattress I was looking for and showed me several choices and explained each one tell I was ready to make a choice. I had a very good experience, felt comfortable with Woo's expertise. I'm very happy and sleeping much better.
