I went to Ortho Mattress because we had just installed a Murphy Bed and was in need a comfortable mattress. I went to Ortho's Miramar Store in San Diego and received great service from Mark McFarland. He was very helpful with selecting a comfortable bed within our budget. The mattress was delivered the next day. Would highly recommend this store Ortho. Happy Customer.

We needed 5 beds for our new Air Band B. From the moment I made the phone call to ask about what was available to look at in the store, to the signing of the delivery docs, Jess was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, He didn't waste our time trying to up-sell us expensive mattresses that weren't appropriate for our purposes. By the time we arrived at the store, he had already selected a few models to show us and they were exactly what we were looking for and in our price range! Thanks to Ortho for having the right staff in the right place at the right time! We'll be back!

Excellent sleep quality

Mattress is super comfortable it’s like sleeping on clouds. Ray helped me find exactly what I needed. He did a fantastic job.

I went inside clueless on what to get but Tom and Candee were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses and they helped me find the perfect one at the perfect price

Setup was quick and easy. Delivered within the time frame that was texted to me. Only draw back was that I was told the old mattress would be removed and when I asked they said I had to call the city to come pick it up since they could not take it.

I was the only one in the store - lucky for me. Jess was great, patient, showed me and led me and let me babble - no pressure - ended up with the bed I needed and feeling great about the process. A win-win.

I met wth David at your Hawthorne location and couldn’t be more pleased. I explained what I needed and he gave me my cheapest option, most expensive and in between. He didn’t push anything but opened my eyes to thinks I didn’t know I wanted but needed (mattress protector pads for my child’s new bed). I’d highly recommend ortho mattress and David.
