Generation Mindful is a wonderful organization. They create accessible materials that really translate concepts for kiddos and also speak to parents in ways that are supportive, kind, hopeful and really useful as we all consider how we want to be and behave as parents -- and as humans generally!

I was brought up by parents who were emotionally unavailable and I was struggling with a complete unawareness of my own emotions for a long time. The Time-In Toolkit and Parenting course helped me, as an adult, to recognise that there are more emotions than just angry and happy. Since I'm aware of my own emotions, it has become so much easier for me to interact with my children and be emotionally available for them. I wouldn't have the relationship with my children today if I hadn't discovered Generation Mindful a few years ago.

It is a wonderful resource used almost every day in our house with our 4 year. Highly recommended.

I bought this kit for my family when my son was 18 months and have not looked back! My son is now 6 and the impact this kit made through his toddler years and beyond was life changing. I am now a social worker working with at risk families doing parent education and therapeutic intervention and have come back for more! I bought a kit for our office and several to give out to our local childcare facilities when we do trainings. These kits can change the parent, child dynamic making parenting more enjoyable, and teach skills to kids that could literally change their whole life. I share this company with all of my families as a resource and will continue to do so!

Both of my kids carry a travel time-in toolkit in their bags. We can be out on a family adventure and one says "Too Much!" and the whole group stops, uses the toolkit to regulate then finds the too much and works out a plan to stay regulated. We use these posters in my kid's bedroom and using them has helped us be better parents because go to your room, means go use your calm down tools and I'll go use mine and we can move forward together. We sit and talk and work it out after we are all a little calmer and better able to think. It's really been the perfect tool for parenting the kids the way we want to parent and everyone I have suggested it to has loved it as well.

I can't say enough about Suzanne's parenting class. We also have the time-in tool kit which has been very helpful and we have three of the little animals (which are well-made) and have been well used.
