Ordered a bike online, it turned up and worked!

First time I have ever bought a bike for myself from new and I'm glad I picked the right people. Without being pushy or snobby all of the staff were friendly, smiley and knowledgeable - nice touch having the workshop visible and audible from the salesfloor too! Finance options explained and discussed with no problems and have nothing but nice comments regarding how the bike was put together. There was even and maintenance and repair briefing when handed over which I appreciated. Been riding cross-country bikes for 25 years + and there was even something new i Learnt from this. Thanks again guys, its a shame you haven't branched out into Hertfordshire so you could be closer for me!

I bought a Whyte 905V4 & it was delivered ahead of the expected delivery date. A service manual was missed. I emailed LLB it was delivered the next day. Very happy with the bike, delivery time & helpful assembly guides. Can’t fault LLB so far.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived and it’s been 3 months

I used Leisure Lakes 20 years ago when I first got into MTB, since then I've done various other hobbies, but now getting back into MTB I remembered I'd ordered things from them in the past, so decided to order some things from them again. I couldn't ask for better service, items were well packaged and quickly delivered. One of the parts I ended up not needing, so I just sent it back and was refunded straight away. Perfect!

If you want anything to do with road cycling don’t bother going to the bury store. The range is appalling (shoes especially when you consider the website range) and the staff certainly give the impression that they couldn’t care less. Much more incline to chat between themselves than ask if you need any help. It’s a shame as I’d always thought of them as a good and helpful store previously, but maybe that’s only if you are interested in the mtb stock

Delivered ahead of estimate by almost a week. The bike is great, a huge improvement over my 1999 Klein (which is still a very good bike). Didn't realise how many tech advancements I'd been missing out on. Leisure Lakes provided excellent service. Sorted out my foul up with the dropper post without even making me feel daft (well, I already felt daft, but they didn't add to it). Highly recommended.

I decided a while ago that the hybrid bike I was riding was good, but I wanted a 'proper' road bike too. But with bikes still in very short supply, the Trek Domane that I wanted wasn't available anywhere. Then, a week or so ago, I searched again and found that LeisureLakes Bikes had what I wanted in stock. I placed my order late on Friday night, with an expected dispatch date 10 days or so later. Then an email on Sunday afternoon advised me it would actually be dispatched much sooner. Their courier delivered the bike in a very sturdy cardboard box. I unpacked and assembled the bike and set off for a quick "10--minute" test ride. I returned an hour later grinning from ear to ear! I'm really enjoying my new bike, and have clocked over 235 km in 5 rides so far - setting loads of PRs on Strava in the process.

Had a great experience buying a new bike for my son's 13th birthday, instore the staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision. Ordered with an offer and standard post delivery. Arrived 2 days later in good condition. Proguards so far excellent, could do with slightly longer on rear of Canyon CF8 but easy to fit and seems substantial. All good from me.....
